Special Order Shipping Policy
Items labeled as Special Order will be shipped within 2–5 business days from the date of purchase.
These products are specially ordered from our suppliers to fulfill your request, which may result in a slightly longer processing time compared to our regular, in-stock inventory.
Shipment Timing
All ready-to-ship jewelry items listed on our website are in stock and available for immediate dispatch.
For verified payments received before 4:00 PM (IST), we typically ship the same business day.
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipment Process

For your security, all shipments are insured, and deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Orders are shipped only to the billing address provided at checkout.

For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.
Some countries may charge additional Collect on Delivery (COD) or handling fees, which are collected directly by the carrier and are not associated with IDS Jewelry.
