At IDS Jewelry, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we offer. Each item is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards.

We want every customer to feel confident when shopping with us — which is why we offer a 12-month limited warranty on all our products.


Items Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Final Sale items

  • Custom-made or specially requested jewelry

  • Items that show signs of wear or damage after delivery

  • Products sourced or made to specific customer requests


12-Month Limited Warranty

IDS Jewelry proudly stands behind the quality of our products.
If your jewelry develops a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.

If you notice any issues — such as loose stones, faulty clasps, or manufacturing irregularities — please contact us immediately at idsjewelry1@gmail.com.
Our team will guide you through the process of safely sending your item for inspection or repair.


Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use

  • Accidental or external damage (e.g., dents, scratches, bent prongs, broken chains, or chipped stones)

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or exposure to chemicals

  • Loss of gemstones or diamonds from improper handling

  • Unauthorized repairs, resizing, or alterations performed by third parties

  • Damage resulting from improper storage or cleaning methods


Shipping and Handling for Warranty Claims

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to IDS Jewelry for warranty evaluation.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturer defect, we will cover the cost of return shipping after the repair or replacement.


Order Accuracy & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
IDS Jewelry is not responsible for incorrect orders placed by customers (including model numbers, styles, or sizes).
All sales and deposits are final and non-refundable once an invoice has been paid.

In rare cases where a cancellation or exchange is approved as an exception, a 3% restocking fee will apply.
